FAQ

What is SwiftComply?

A software system that allows you to upload your grease control device maintenance documents directly to NCWSA’s database.

What does it cost?

Nothing! Participation is free and required to stay in compliance with NCWSA’s FOG control program.

Why should I enroll?

It’s Easy! Easily upload records on your computer or mobile device.

It’s Secure! Your records are confidential and viewable only by you, your service provider, and City FOG Inspectors.

It’s Compliant! Completed compliance records uploaded to this service are compliant with NCWSA’s FOG Control Program. Your FOG Inspector can review your compliance without inspecting your facility. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it, saving you time.

It’s Free! Store your grease control device maintenance records online at no cost to your business.

Can my hauler upload my records for me?

NCWSA area service providers have been invited to join the system. If your service provider is participating, it will be able to upload your documents on your behalf with your authorization. You'll be able to view the documents the service provider uploads from your SwiftComply business profile.

*Please note, haulers are not required to sign up, so if yours is not participating you will need to upload your documents.

One of my employees or I clean our grease control device, what should I do?

Complete your maintenance record-keeping log as usual, then take a photo of it and upload it to your SwiftComply Digital Compliance Profile.

I don't have a computer or scanner; how am I supposed to upload documents?

Use a smartphone or other mobile device to access your profile. When you are prompted to choose a file, the button will default to your camera to take a photo of the document. No need for a scanner or desktop computer!
